| Description: | Managing/Senior Estimator (Social Housing) - Tun. Wells I.R.O £75K The Client. Our client is a respected Commercial Consultancy based in London. The company specialises in supplying project based commercial support on Multi Million pound projects covering commercial, retail, civils and transportation. The Role We are looking for a Senior/Regional/Managing Estimator on projects ranging from £1.5M - £50M a mix of development & contracting jobs / design & build and local authority work. Projects will be of concrete form & traditional/timber frame construction. You will head up the Southern Region and manage a team of 3 other Estimators. The Candidate - Extensive New Build Social Housing Experience - Main Contractor Background - Knowledge of PFI desirable.
