| Description: | Facilities Administrator required to take client calls and schedule in appropriate engineers to complete each required task. This role is heavily focused on telephone work, as well as administration. A clear, concise and polite telephone manner is essential. You will be required to constantly follow up on engineers' progress and update the client accordingly. Must have at least 2 years experience within administration. Excellent customer service skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer services and ideally facilities/ building services and maintenance. Skills; Team Player Excellent organisation skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to prioritise own workload Excellent spoken and written communication skills Good Attention to detail Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes. This is a 12 month Maternity Contract. |
